In general, Ramro Chha means beautiful or good. When you along the trekking trail you can encounter the beautiful thing you can say Ramro Chha. So you can use to appreciate the beauty of something or the services provided.
Sasto means cheap and Mahango means expensive. You can use them to bargain the price of accommodation, meal, a souvenir you are purchasing.
Sakahari means vegetarian so Ma Sakahari ho means I am a vegetarian. It is useful when you are trek with friends or visiting someone houses.
Malai sancho chaina; I feel sick, you can say when you are sick or not all right during trek.
Malai thakai: means I am tired.
Malai Tirkha lagyo: I am thirsty.
Aago: it means fire.
Chor: it means thief.
Maile Bujhina: can be said when you don’t understand something.
Thikai cha to say it is ok.
Galti ko lagi maaf pau to apologize the mistake. Nepalese are friendly easy-going people and they easily forgive you for any mistake or misconduct.

Feri Bhetaula / Chadai Bhetaula: is farewell expressions which translate to “see you soon or see you again”.

Shuvakamana: expresses congratulations or best wishes.
Khaja: it means a light snack.
Khana means a meal (lunch or dinner)
Pani: it refers to water. Tato Pani: Hot water, Chiso Pani: Cold Water
